三菱工程师，你好，我安装的MR Configurator-SETUP221E软件，一打开时就出现Communication is offline，然后我把USB连接到MR-J3-10A上，就提示An error has occurred during communication with the amplifier .The communication line cannot be opend. 80010400的错误，很头疼，都重装了好几遍软件了， 请问这是什么原因啊！郁闷！

请问软件是授权代理商处得到的吗？
